With the latest Forbidden Light set, we also get a couple new cards and a couple new tech cards for some old/new decks.

Today we will say a few words about the top decks for the current standard format! The newest deck that will be a top tier deck in the standard format is the Ultra Necrozma GX/Malamar deck. Both Ultra Necrozma GX and Malamar are from the Forbidden Light set. This is the same mechanic as the old Eelektrik/Rayquaza EX deck. Ultra Necrozma GX can easily 1 HKO any Pokemon in current meta, but it depends on using a Malamar recharge. Dawn Wings Necrozma GX with Invasion will be the best option to have Ultra Necrozma GX ready each turn for a 1 HKO against anything.

Another top tier deck featuring new cards from Forbidden Light will be Zygarde GX. Zygarde GX can be used with DCE/Diancie Prism/Bonnie combo. Zygarde GX can also 1 HKO most popular decks in the format with Verdict GX. Even better with Bonnie combo and stadium in play, Zygarde GX can also use multiple GX attacks per game and also prevent all damage done to it from our opponent's Pokemon GX or EX.

We also have a new Greninja GX with Shuriken Flurry and the Frogadier with the Gale Shuriken, as well as as the old Golbat/Crobat combo. With Zoroark GX, Greninja GX could be also the top five decks for the standard format.

And I guess we have to mention good old Buzzwole / Lycanroc deck, or just a pure Buzzwole GX deck. This time Buzzwole GX got even more tech cards like the new Beast Energy, Buzzwole with Sledgehammer, Beast Ring and also substitute card for the Max Elixir after rotation and Diancie to swap Regirock EX with Princess's Cheers.

In my opinion, those decks are gonna be top decks for the standard format with some old decks like Golisopod GX variants and Gardevoir GX decks.
