Here are some of the best Unbroken Bond cards every player must have.

The one and only Reshiram & Charizard GX. When we say Charizard, we all know it always is super expensive and yes, you guessed it, it sure is! Rainbow Charizard & Reshiram goes for around 100$ and it's no wonder really since they will be a part of the new meta for sure. However you dont have to pay 100$ for a card, rainbow art is usually for collectors, if you're a player then you will most likely just buy a regular art version. 270 HP with its outrage, Double Blaze GX and Flare Strike attacks make this card probably the strongest in the new set. No wonder the price are so high, combined with Welder as support this will be a top tier deck without question.

Gardevoir & Sylveon GX is another great Tag Team in this new set. 260 HP, with fairy song that can accelerate benched Pokemon with 2 fairy energy cards plus Kaleidostorm and Magical Miracle GX will definitely put Gardy & Sylveon in top spot.

We should also mention Greninja & Zoroark GX. Some cards from the previous sets will shine with new Greninja & Zoroark GX. For example Prism Darkrai and Darkrai GX will be an awesome combo for the new Greninja & Zoroark GX. With Dark Pulse and Dark Union GX Greninja & Zoroark will be a rare combo that can 1 HKO any Pokemon in format.

Pheromosa & Buzzwole GX are also good but they are weak to fire and with the new Blacephalon and Charizard, it simply wont be viable as a stand alone card. Potentially Beast Game GX could be a decent GX attack that can be used in any deck that plays Rainbow Energy as a tech but that's about it.

Dedenne GX is the new and improved Shaymin EX. For some decks it can be even better. Mostly Pikachu & Zekrom will gain an advantage with Dedenne GX. With Dedechange ability lighting energy cards can be discarded, by doing that it will further accelerate the tapu koko play with which you can put them back into play even quicker then before. 160 HP might not seem to much for current heavy HP meta but Tingly Return GX can also return Dedenne GX back to its owner hand.

Blastoise GX looks interesting but I dont think it will see any competitive play soon, on the other hand Honchkrow GX might. Looking to find a way to counter special energy decks? well Honchkrow GX just might be the best way to counter them.

Lucario & Melmetal GX looks strong with Full Metal Wall GX and Weakness Policy, this deck can be even stronger than tanky Venusaur GX.

And now to Blacephalon, the new non gx Blacephalon card. It looks great, a one prize almost better version then the gx one. With them already tearing up the Japanese scene there is absountely no chance they won't preform well in the western meta. Welder, fiery flint and beast ring make this card extremly powerful but also very expensive. Not to mention Volcanion with Flare Starter, crazy good.

The Mewtwo and Mew look interesing and they both have good abilities. Mewtwo can return supporters on top of deck from discard your discard pile when it's played from hand and Mew can prevent any kind of damage spread on your bench. Mew will be a tech in many decks to stop and counter Pika Zekrom GX snipe.

New Greninja with Bring Down is also interesing but once we lose DCE it's not not sure how good it will be.

After a long time, we will get so many good supporter cards in this set. Welder is the best one for fire decks, Green's Exploration is a good tech for any non ability deck, it's a better version of Teammates, Lt. Surge's Strategy, well not sure what to say about this card, very situational only time will tell if it's good or not. Red's Challenge is also a nice card, basically a reprinted Computer Search but as a supporter. Janine is decent , even Koga's Trap and Giovanni's Exile are not bad.

Item cards are also looking good. Pokegear 3.0 is another reprint, it will be a staple in many decks, Fire Crystal will also be a good item card and nice tech for fire decks, Electromagnetic Radar will be new search card for Lighting Decks, even Beast Bringer is not bad at all.

Speaking about stadium cards, there are a few new stadium cards, Martial Arts Dojo good non Ultra Beast stadium, Dust Island and Power Plant. After a long time we finally got a great set for which it's worth investing into booster boxes rather then just single cards!
